As we close the 2007 – 2008 Junior CYO year we would like to thank Nativity Parish, Father Marczewski and all of our members, families, coaches, assistant coaches, teachers, board members, and those who supported our fundraisers and activities in any way. With God’s Blessing and your generous support and assistance we had another successful year! Our children were able to help many in our community, build their faith, and show the true meaning of Christianity.
We wish you a safe and enjoyable summer. See you in September!
Watch For On-line CYO Sports Registration! We will NOT be holding registration in person this season. The Archdiocese of Philadelphia and Region 11 will now be accepting registrations on-line using wagdogs.com. Please stay tuned and watch for announcements for when this will take place - probably sometime around June 15th through July 15th.
IMPORTANT REMINDER: Child Abuse and PA State Police Clearance forms must be renewed every five years. Coaches and assistant coaches please submit the necessary paperwork to the Parish Center Office. You may complete your PA State Police Criminal Record Check online at: https://epatch.state.pa.us/Home.jsp and obtain the PA Child Abuse Clearance form at: http://www.dpw.state.pa.us/Resources/Documents/Pdf/FillInForms/DPWchildabuse.pdf.
Volunteer Reminder: The Archdiocese mandates that all volunteers who come in contact with our children on a regular basis must complete the following: PA Criminal Record Check, PA Child Abuse Clearance Form, attend one safe environment training session called “Protecting God’s children-Awareness Sessions for Adults” and sign/return the “Standards of Ministerial Behavior and Boundaries” acknowledgement forms. Please note that all clearances must be renewed every five years. If you are presently a coach or an assistant coach for Nativity of Our Lord Parish, please submit all necessary forms to the Parish Center Office. We thank you for your cooperation with this requirement.
