TUITION RATES

2008-2009

 

Registration Fees are required for each child registered. Registration fees are non-refundable.

Current school year tuition(2007-2008) must be up to date in order to re-register for 2008-2009 school year.

 

IN PARISH **

1 CHILD                                $2350.00 + $100 registration fee per student Gr. 1-8

2 CHILDREN                           $4375.00 + $100 registration fee per student Gr. 1-8

·        Registration fee includes Religion book costs,  standardized testing fees, technology fee, health services fee, other services.

 
bullet No In-parish registration will be accepted without a Sunday Church envelope.
bullet Kindergarten and Pre-K students will also have a snack and an activity fee due each semester.
bullet Families in St. Cyril’s parish are required to have a letter of permission from Monsignor Powell each year. Please call the St. Cyril rectory to arrange.
bullet Current students must re-register each year and include re-registration coupon from tuition payment book, re-registration form, church envelope, & letter of permission (if applicable).

 

 

 

 

 REGISTRATION INFORMATION

2008-2009

 

Current Pre-K & Kindergarten students

 

Registration paperwork will be sent home with your child on February 21st to register your child for Kindergarten or 1st grade for next school year.  You should also re-register your older children in grades 1 – 7 on the same form.  Please include the Re-registration coupon from your tuition payment book; for in-parish members, you must include an adult Sunday church collection envelope; your re-registration fee by check or money order only, payable to Nativity of Our Lord School ($80.00 per student entering Pre-K or Kindergarten; $100.00  per student entering 1st – 8th grade). St. Cyril parishioners must also obtain a letter of permission from St. Cyril’s Rectory prior to registration.  Send to the School Office in an envelope clearly marked “Re-registration” no later than February 26th to guarantee a place for your child.

 

 

Current students Grades 1 – 8

 

For those students who will have a sibling new to our school registering for Pre-K, Kindergarten or 1st grade for 2008-2009, you should re-register when registering the younger sibling.  See instructions below for students new to school.

 

For those students who do not have a sibling new to our school registering for Pre-K, Kindergarten or 1st grade,    re-registration will begin in early March.  A re-registration form will be sent home with each student.  Due dates will be listed on the re-registration form.  After the due date, a $50.00 late fee per child will be assessed.  Please send all re-registrations to the School Office.  All forms must include a re-registration coupon from the tuition payment book, a weekly adult Sunday collection envelope for all in-parish families, $100.00 re-registration fee per student, letter of permission for St. Cyril parishioners.  Please DO NOT SEND re-registrations to the parish office or with current year tuition payments!

 

Tuition balances for current students must be up to date in order to re-register any child for 2008-2009.  For exceptions to this policy, you must call the business manager, Mr. Frank Wagner at the Rectory (215-675-1925).

 

All students new to school in grades Pre-K, Kindergarten and 1st grade

 

Registration will begin as follows in school:

 

Families of current Nativity students:                Wednesday, February 27, 2008  9 am to 12 noon

 

Other In-parish families (Nativity,

  St. Cyril’s or St. Vincent)                                 Thursday, February 28, 2008        9 am to 12 noon

 

All other out of parish/non-catholic

Registration for new students will continue on an ongoing basis after February29th on regular school days, 9am to 12 noon in the school office.

 

All students new to school must be registered with the following information:
